July 20266 updates

  1. Plug your workspace into any AI tool

    Every workspace now has its own MCP endpoint. Paste the URL and key into Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-capable agent and it can read your leads, bookings, and stats directly. Rotate the key whenever you want.

  2. Your CRM stays in sync on its own

    Connect GoHighLevel and Settr keeps it current for you. Every lead it works becomes a contact and an opportunity in your pipeline, and moves to your booked stage the moment the call is on the calendar. Your token is encrypted and never leaves our servers.

  3. A skills library for your setter

    Roughly 75 ready-made skills covering the situations that actually come up: qualifying, objections, pricing questions, follow-through. Apply one and it folds into how Settr works your leads, or have it draft a new skill from your own business.

  4. The inbox knows what you have read

    The 'they responded' flag now clears when you open a conversation, not only when you reply. What the inbox says is waiting on you finally matches what you have actually looked at.

  5. A rebuilt workspace for your business profile

    Everything Settr knows about your business now lives in one workspace, with a profile strength meter showing what is still worth filling in. The more it knows, the better it sounds like you.

  6. A new look for the control center

    The dashboard has been rebuilt on a single glass design system, top to bottom, across desktop, tablet, and phone. Same product, far less noise between you and your leads.

  1. Follow-ups that chase the leads who go quiet

    Set your own follow-up cadence and Settr works the leads who stopped replying, on your schedule and in your voice. It stops the moment they answer or the call is booked.

  2. Life after the booking

    Settr now handles what happens once a call is on the calendar: reschedules, cancel and rebook, and name or email corrections. You can also set a pre-meeting reminder so more of your leads show up.

  3. It remembers what your leads tell it

    Settr writes down what it learns about each lead as the conversation goes and feeds that back into every later reply. The notes stay editable, so you can correct or add anything yourself. It also waits for people to finish typing instead of answering each fragment separately.

  4. Train it on your own documents

    Add your own material to your workspace, pricing, process, past proposals, and Settr draws on it when it answers. Your documents train only your setter and are never shared with another workspace.

  5. Book straight into your calendar

    Connect your own Cal.com and Settr books qualified calls directly into your calendar. Prefer to keep it simple? It can just send your booking link instead. Your choice, per workspace.

  6. Built for your phone

    The full dashboard now works cleanly on mobile. Read the inbox, send replies, and adjust your settings from anywhere, with the desktop experience left untouched.

  7. On secure, private infrastructure

    Settr now runs on private cloud infrastructure: the database is not exposed to the public internet, and everything is served over HTTPS. Your workspace stays isolated from every other client.

  8. WhatsApp and Outlook join the inbox

    Settr now works WhatsApp chats and Outlook email alongside Instagram, Gmail, and SMS. Five channels, one thread-aware inbox, every lead replied in your voice and booked.

  9. A brain that learns to close

    Every won and lost conversation is now distilled back into a private brain for your business, so Settr gets sharper at booking your leads over time. Each inbound also gets four reply angles to choose from, and you can flip any lead to fully autonomous.

  10. Voice notes in your own voice

    Settr can now reply with natural voice notes on Instagram, rendered in your own cloned voice and scripted scene by scene. Voice builds trust faster than text, and every note still goes through approval before it sends.

    Describe a segment in plain language and Settr tags every matching conversation, then keeps doing it as new leads come in. No rules to maintain, no manual sorting.

  1. Co-pilot mode for every reply

    Drafts now wait for one-tap approval by default. The AI does the typing in your voice; you keep the final say. Switch a conversation to autonomous once you trust it.

  2. Hot / warm / cold lead scoring

    Every reply re-scores intent in real time, so your highest-value conversations rise to the top of the inbox instead of getting buried under the noise.

    We collapsed the channels into one thread-aware stream. Every lead conversation now lives in a single place, with no more switching between five apps to keep up.

  2. Settr books straight onto your calendar

    The setter now books against your real calendar and booking link. It can only offer slots that are open, so it can't invent a time it didn't already have. No double-booking, no phantom slots.
